Payment Terms
Only $AUD accepted. Return of complete, signed Occupational Therapy Service Agreement with payment is required prior to provision of assessment and intervention services. Pre payment in Australian dollars is required before dispatch of KTN Store goods. Visa, Mastercard, Bankcards are accepted, please make cheques payable to `Kids Therapy Network`. Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars, include GST and are current at the time of printing.KTN willl do its best to ensure product availability however reserves the right to change products, prices and information without notice. Back Orders
Any items that are temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order unless otherwise directed.
All backorders will be delivered free of delivery charges. Returns
Please cross check all products on your original order against your packing list immediately on receipt of goods.
Damages or short supply of stock must be reported within 5 working days or claims will not be accepted.
Goods must be returned unopened, unmarked & in original condition.
A copy of your original invoice must be sent with the returned item/s. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly-we endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from KTN. Please see "Returns" policy above. Unsuccessful Banked Cheques
A fee of $30 AUD will be charged on all unsuccessfully banked cheques. Product Design
All products in our catalogue may be subject to design, colour or slight variation or change at any time.
KTN reserves the right to supply with the current item. Product Safety
When using our toys and materials, manufacturers safety recommendations, when indicated, should be adhered to.
The developmental age of the client should be considered and used for safety recommendations, rather than the
chronological age. Adult supervision and common sense should be used at all times.
Since results obtained with the use of our toys and materials depend greatly on circumstances beyond our control, we cannot
assume and we disclaim responsibility for any damage, expense or injury of any kind associated with the use of toys and
materials sold by KTN. Failure to notify us before ordering shall constitute acceptance of these conditions of sale. KTN Respects Your Privacy

All information received by KTN is used for billing and delivery services, is private and confidential and cannot by accessed by any other party. Privacy Policy

If Kids Therapy Network holds details about you, you are entitled to access that information. If you would like access to this information, please submit your request in writing outlining the documents or information you require. We will endeavour to respond to your query within 14 days of receiving a written request.
